What you'll do

• Set up and take down the breakfast buffet
• plan for breakfast service from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
• keep products stocked and coffee fresh
• discard outdated food
• maintain clean tables, counters, dining and serving areas
• wash dishes and utensils
• sweep and mop at closing
• seal food when not in use
• check guest satisfaction
• follow handwashing and glove practices
• remove trash.
