What you'll do

• Hire, train, supervise, and support team members
• plan community operations with the leadership team and Compass Senior Living
• inspect services for compliance and maintain knowledge of state regulations
• oversee staffing, retention, incentives, and team culture
• manage budgets, labor and food costs, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll with the home office
• support occupancy, revenue, and profitability with sales and marketing
• build relationships with professional organizations, regulators, the community, families, residents, and team members. A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience is expected
• state licensure may be required or may be secured within six months if applicable.
