Personal Trainer — In-Home

The Personal Trainer role provides in-person sessions at clients’ homes, apartment gyms, or outdoors in Spring Branch, TX. Compensation is $25–$45 per hour. Svetness Personal Training provides personalized fitness instruction and supports trainers with client scheduling and a customer support team. The trainer develops and delivers individualized workouts, demonstrates exercises, and reassesses client progress every four to six weeks. The role helps clients pursue their fitness goals through tailored instruction and consistent session tracking.

What you'll do

• Provide one-on-one and couples fitness instruction in person
• customize workout programs based on initial assessments
• use the Svetness Fitness App for programming and session notes
• demonstrate exercises and ensure clients perform them correctly, with modifications as needed
• conduct reassessments every 4–6 weeks
• maintain appointments through scheduling software
• commute to client sessions up to 45 minutes.
