What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care to post-operative and medically complex surgical patients
• assess and monitor patient status
• manage orthopedic, neurosurgical, abdominal, and medical-nephrology patients
• care for patients with listed tubes and catheters and post-TURP procedures
• administer medications and evaluate responses
• document care in Cerner
• collaborate with care teams
• educate patients and families
• escalate changes in condition.
