What you'll do

• Assist with daily care and supervision of toddlers
• build positive relationships with children
• encourage learning through play, music, storytelling, art, movement, and hands-on activities
• support social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development
• assist with meals, naps, toileting, and transitions
• observe development and share updates with families
• collaborate with the Lead Teacher and classroom team
• maintain a clean, healthy learning environment and follow Montana licensing requirements.
