What you'll do

• Process customer orders, quotes, invoices, and billings
• apply and reconcile customer payments
• monitor aging and assist with collections
• process vendor invoices and purchase orders
• reconcile vendor statements
• assist with inventory transactions, job costing, journal entries, accruals, and month-end reconciliations
• and support NetSuite data validation, migration, testing, process documentation, and user training.
