The specialist provides coaching, resource navigation and individualized planning to help associates address barriers and build employability skills. The role coordinates support with internal teams and community partners, monitors progress and maintains confidential program records.

What you'll do

• Coach and mentor associates
• develop individualized service plans
• connect associates with internal and community resources
• coordinate with HR, department leaders and Opportunity Center staff
• support recruitment into AbilityOne
• assess job readiness and training needs
• coordinate support services
• monitor progress and document outcomes
• maintain confidential case records and ensure program compliance
• travel between locations and attend off-site meetings and events as needed.
