Personal Care Aide

What you'll do

• Provide therapeutic training aligned with individual plan-of-care goals
• assist with personal care, household chores, laundry, meal planning, shopping, and leisure activities
• support money skills, health practices, and relationships
• follow behavior intervention plans and record data
• monitor safety and report needed repairs, incidents, abuse, neglect, or exploitation
• administer medication and provide medication information
• arrange or provide transportation as coordinated with residential or case managers
• complete service notes and other documentation. The posting states Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with evening and weekend hours possibly required.
