What you'll do

• Diagnose vehicle issues
• perform multi-point inspections and maintenance repairs
• analyze customer concerns
• prepare repair plans and estimated costs for customer authorization
• test repairs for function and safety
• document repairs and parts on service orders
• and, when needed, research technical information and consult the shop foreman.
