What you'll do

• Lead commercial growth strategy across Automation Displays and Martin Company
• expand into new and adjacent markets
• build executive relationships with strategic customers, OEMs, channel partners, and industry stakeholders
• establish pipeline management, forecasting, and business development processes
• identify markets, partnerships, channels, and revenue opportunities
• partner with the President on growth initiatives and potential acquisitions
• provide market intelligence
• develop the commercial team
• coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Sales Engineering, Estimating, and customer-facing teams
• support sales-to-delivery handoffs, marketing and brand positioning, and commercial integration.
