The Precision Parts Manufacturing Specialist role is onsite in Canton, NC, on the second shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; the posting also notes current overtime on 10-hour shifts from 4:30 p.m.–3:00 a.m. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour, including a $2 shift differential. The role supports ConMet’s molding and finishing lines through Impact Workforce Solutions. The specialist helps keep production moving safely and on time by assembling, labeling, inspecting, and packaging parts to required standards. The role contributes to production quality by following work instructions, recording production information, and promptly raising unresolved product or equipment concerns.

What you'll do

• Follow work instructions and maintain an organized workstation
• inspect components
• complete assemblies
• label parts using an RF scanner
• package parts correctly
• record production counts and scrap details
• meet production standards while following quality, safety, and environmental procedures
• report unresolved product or equipment concerns.
