What you'll do

• Maintain user accounts, applications, operating-system and antivirus updates, security and event-log reviews, network documentation, backups, and user support
• operate Microsoft Windows server software and manage security, access, configuration, and backups
• recommend hardware and software implementations and process improvements
• plan and perform system upgrades across design, test, production, and documentation environments
• specify network requirements, monitor LAN performance, and troubleshoot network hardware
• organize and secure directory structures
• support document management systems, databases, and release procedures
• serve as point of contact for problem reporting and version updates
• apply network security knowledge and practices.
