The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role is currently fully remote for clients and families throughout Georgia. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, up to $93 per hour. The position supports BK Behavior’s clinician-focused organization. The BCBA provides Applied Behavior Analysis services by assessing behavior, developing individualized treatment plans, guiding behavior technicians, and collaborating with caregivers. Monitoring progress and maintaining clinical documentation supports meaningful treatment outcomes and ethical care.

What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments
• develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise and guide behavior technicians
• monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
• collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
