What you'll do
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients referred by medical and clinical staff
- provide written summaries of history, diagnosis, and treatment
- provide applicable inpatient and behavioral health services
- manage medication
- provide individual or group therapy as appropriate
- approve and monitor treatment plans and applicable behavioral health admissions and discharges
- provide staff education as needed
- attend required training and meetings
- create discharge plans that support appropriate follow-up.
