What you'll do

• Maintain up-to-date client charts
• make welcome and confirmation calls
• provide customer service
• manage clinic schedules for walk-ins, curbside, scheduled appointments, and potential clients
• enter stock and custom orders and conduct weekly inventory audits
• maintain cash and bank deposit records and complete end-of-day processes
• maintain a clean, inviting environment
• perform basic hearing-aid cleaning and repair functions and troubleshooting
• support HearAssist and remote care as needed.
