What you'll do

• Lead and perform installations of split systems, package units, heat pumps, and ductless systems
• supervise and mentor helpers and apprentices
• ensure quality, accuracy, and safety at job sites
• read and interpret schematics and installation manuals
• communicate with customers and team members
• troubleshoot installation issues and ensure code compliance
• maintain a professional company image.
