What you'll do

• Maintain Linux supercomputer availability and uptime
• perform hardware diagnostics, break-fix work, troubleshooting, and part replacement
• analyze issues and escalate them to product support or management
• provide technical and operational support to the customer
• document and share project learnings
• and support system integration. Occasional travel between Denver and Oklahoma City for training and hardware repairs is required.
