What you'll do

• Clean and maintain the building’s front area, guest restrooms, floors, and work areas
• answer guest questions and direct complaints to a manager
• clear and deliver used tableware to the dishwasher
• scrape, rack, and stack dishes
• clear and set tables
• set up and break down equipment
• maintain ice supplies
• replace empty soda boxes
• adjust tables and chairs for functions
• stock service stations
• pre-bus tables
• empty trash
• learn table numbers and floor plans
• assist with training when applicable
• complete assigned opening, running, and closing duties
• communicate product information and inventory needs
• follow safety, sanitation, and company policies.
