What you'll do

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and recommend treatment
• set treatment goals and develop, implement, and monitor plans
• provide individual or group psychotherapy, supportive therapy, or crisis intervention
• consult with families and external agencies to coordinate care
• maintain patient charts, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries
• arrange inpatient care as needed
• attend clinical supervision, peer review, and staff meetings
• comply with clinical, administrative, and confidentiality policies.
