What you'll do

• Perform diagnostic workups, histories, and physical examinations
• develop treatment plans and provide urgent, preventive, and ongoing care
• prescribe and administer medications, vaccines, and therapies
• perform surgery, dental procedures, and other treatments
• maintain complete medical records
• communicate diagnoses, treatment plans, and home-care instructions
• address client concerns
• follow veterinary practice and controlled-substance laws
• maintain safe, clean, and organized clinical areas
• collaborate with the Practice Manager and veterinary team.
