Billing Associate (Collections)

The Billing Associate (Collections) role is hybrid in Wheeling, WV, with a stated pay range of $17.02–$23.46 per hour. The role supports collections operations by monitoring outstanding invoices, following up with partners and clients, and reporting on receivables. It helps improve cash receipts and resolve collection issues through timely analysis, communication, and follow-through.

What you'll do

• Monitor and collect outstanding invoices through partner and client follow-up
• generate or revise monthly reminder statements
• prepare accounts receivable, DSO, bad-debt, budget, forecast, and ad hoc reports
• estimate projected collections and provide updates
• prepare receivable write-off documents
• research unapplied payments
• monitor payment arrangements
• support transitions of matters handled by departing attorneys
• identify process issues and meet deadlines.
