Shipboard Technician

What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and calibration of pressure gauges, RPM indicators, temperature devices, and related equipment aboard U.S. Navy ships
• select measurement tools and standards
• test and inspect equipment
• record and report findings
• interpret results and determine whether to adjust or replace instruments
• identify failures and remove or replace equipment.
