What you'll do

• Generate leads and set appointments with homeowners at events
• engage attendees and create interest in Joyce products
• coach and motivate team members onsite
• recruit, train, and coach the event marketing team
• manage venue, coordinator, and partner relationships
• identify partnerships and events
• support event setup and teardown
• work toward lead-generation and appointment targets.
