The Line Cook, The Block role is full-time and onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Pay is $18–$20 per hour. Craft & Crew Hospitality’s mission is to provide craft food and spirits in a fun, welcoming setting that reflects its community, guests, and team. The cook prepares ingredients and menu items, maintains an organized and safe workstation, and coordinates with the kitchen team during service. The role contributes to consistent food quality and guest experiences at The Block in St. Louis Park.

What you'll do

• Prepare fresh ingredients and cook menu items
• use cooking techniques to produce dishes
• set up and maintain a clean, organized, safe kitchen
• manage multiple orders during service
• communicate with crew members
• follow recipes, food safety standards, and presentation expectations
• participate in crew development activities.
