What you'll do

• Support hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and performance accountability
• deliver guest service
• address customer concerns
• assist with store operations, cleanliness, safety, inventory, cash handling, sales tracking, reporting, promotions, and community events
• manage the store when the Store Manager is absent.
