Office Engineer, Construction Projects

Job overview

What you'll do

• Prepare, review, and track contract change orders, RFIs, submittals, and WSWDs
• maintain contractor and project documentation logs
• review daily reports and manage extra work bills
• maintain project files to Caltrans standards
• track quantities and assist with progress-payment documentation
• support labor-compliance records
• coordinate with field staff, contractors, and Caltrans personnel
• and assist with claims, dispute-resolution, and audit records.
