Licensed Counselor / Therapist – Correctional Healthcare

What you'll do

• Assess, diagnose, and treat residents with mental illnesses, substance use disorders, and behavioral issues
• collaborate with medical, mental health, and correctional staff
• conduct and document evaluations, progress notes, counseling notes, and treatment plans
• participate in training and patient education
• manage case files and prepare reports
• participate in hearings
• monitor compliance with site and company policies and applicable standards.
