What you'll do

• Direct associates during an assigned shift
• ensure assigned job expectations and policies are maintained
• train staff and create work schedules
• evaluate worker performance and recognize or discipline employees as appropriate
• prepare production or sales reports
• help ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
• serve as a contact for employee complaints or time-off requests
• may mentor and develop employees.
