What you'll do

• Provide face-to-face member service and complete monetary transactions, new account creation, and account maintenance
• identify member needs and offer relevant deposit, lending, card, investment, and business banking products
• meet monthly sales standards
• follow credit union policies, safety standards, and applicable financial regulations including BSA and CFPB requirements.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of customer service experience in financial services or retail delivery. Sales experience is preferred; no certifications are required.
