What you'll do

• Assess residents’ health and needs
• follow and update plans of care
• administer medications and treatments and monitor effectiveness
• provide direct nursing care
• document in electronic medical records
• report changes and concerns
• support staff orientation and training
• coordinate resident care conferences
• communicate with families and healthcare professionals
• monitor staffing and staff activities
• report incidents or suspected abuse or neglect.
