Associate Director of People & Culture

The Associate Director of People & Culture role is hybrid in Broomfield, CO, with in-office work on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The stated hiring range is $110,500–$120,000 annually. As a strategic and operational partner to the People & Culture team, the associate director leads recruitment, employee lifecycle programs, internships, and engagement initiatives across the organization’s U.S., Austria, and China offices, helping strengthen culture and support organizational priorities.

What you'll do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across offices and programs
• partner with managers on hiring strategies
• manage sourcing, screening, interviews, references, offers, and candidate communications
• improve onboarding and offboarding
• design and manage a global internship program
• lead culture, engagement, and community-building initiatives
• advise the Director of People & Culture on people initiatives and workforce planning
• provide backup support across core HR functions.
