What you'll do

• Support deployment and integration of Ribbon Federal Edge gateways
• track engineering issues and provide technical recommendations
• support SIP interconnection and policy routing
• analyze and troubleshoot E-911 call-flow issues
• support deployment validation and readiness assessments
• identify technical risks and mitigation strategies
• support connectivity among Federal Edge, VISP, and Army PSAP systems
• assist with gateway deployment and performance issues.
