Truck Sales Regional Manager

The Truck Sales Regional Manager role is primarily office-based in Seattle, WA, with frequent travel expected within the Northwest Region and a territory including Seattle, Portland, OR, and the San Francisco Bay Area. The pay range is $100,000–$140,000 per year. RIDE is working to advance electric truck sales in the U.S. transportation market. The manager develops and executes regional sales plans, grows customer accounts, and pursues new business across the assigned territory. The role contributes to sales targets and service levels through customer presentations, negotiations, market analysis, and coordination with vendors and suppliers.

What you'll do

• Expand existing accounts and develop new business across the Western and Southwestern United States
• grow business with port customers, fleet management companies, large enterprises, and distribution, terminal, and refuse-truck customers
• develop and execute regional sales plans
• deliver sales presentations
• meet sales targets
• negotiate contracts
• support pricing strategies
• submit weekly and monthly reports
• analyze sales data and market trends
• participate in regional meetings and customer events
• maintain knowledge of the EV truck market
• attend vendor meetings and represent the company at trade events.
