CCaaS Business Test Lead

The CCaaS Business Test Lead role is based in Columbus, OH. What you'll do

• Lead business-side testing coordination

• define and validate end-to-end customer contact-center scenarios
• coordinate test schedules and readiness
• track execution, defects, risks, and dependencies
• support defect triage
• report testing status and readiness
• facilitate stakeholder working sessions
• identify scenario coverage gaps and drive remediation.
