Field Technician

The Field Technician is an onsite, full-time role primarily serving the Clifton/Corryville area of Cincinnati, OH. Compensation is $17–$18.50 per hour. The role supports Uptown Rental Properties’ property operations. The technician completes routine exterior and common-area upkeep and assists with moving items as needed. By carrying out assigned tasks independently and on schedule, the technician helps maintain clean, orderly properties and supports day-to-day property operations.

What you'll do

• Move trash and recycling bins on specified days
• collect litter and trash in interior and exterior common areas
• clean gutters
• blow leaves
• maintain pet stations
• salt walkways
• assist with moving furniture and appliances as needed
• drive company vehicles with a valid driver's license
• complete assigned tasks independently within given timeframes.
