What you'll do

• Perform general plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting tasks
• respond to guest and staff maintenance requests
• conduct inspections and preventive maintenance
• maintain maintenance areas and tools
• assist with emergency repairs and safety protocols
• coordinate with housekeeping and front desk
• document work and report major issues
• maintain pool and spa chemical levels and safety equipment
• maintain grounds, outbuildings, and parking areas.
