Maintenance Technician — Facilities

What you'll do

• Coordinate preventive maintenance and repairs for buildings and equipment
• perform routine repairs, cleaning, deliveries, painting, basic plumbing, and furniture work
• monitor and distribute supplies
• inspect buildings, including the Brooklyn office at least twice monthly
• maintain maintenance records
• coordinate vendor quotes
• check security, fire, safety, and emergency systems
• log fire system testing and inspections
• maintain vehicle records and coordinate repairs
• assist with emergency preparedness.
