What you'll do

• Set up and break down an assigned station
• execute recipes and portioning, cooking, and plating standards
• maintain food temperatures and evaluate quality
• complete prep lists
• keep stations clean, organized, and stocked
• follow food handling, storage, labeling, and rotation procedures
• communicate with the Chef, expo, and front-of-house team
• support timely service and attend meetings and training.
