The Director, Schechter Holocaust Services position is hybrid, requiring at least two to three in-person days in the Waltham, MA office or community. Compensation is $82,000–$89,000 per year. The role also maintains funder compliance, develops funding opportunities, stewards donor relationships, and represents the program with community partners.

What you'll do

• Lead program operations and supervise a seven-person team
• oversee services for more than 400 clients
• manage budgets and strategic planning
• strengthen workflows and service systems
• allocate assistance in line with client needs and funder requirements
• serve as liaison to the Claims Conference
• monitor grant compliance, spending, reporting, and audits
• develop grant requests
• cultivate donor relationships
• plan Holocaust-related programming and collaborate with community partners.
