Electrical Assembler III, Expert/Trainer, Day Shift

The Electrical Assembler III, Expert/Trainer, Day Shift role is onsite in Machesney Park, IL, with pay of $26–$28 per hour. The position performs advanced electrical assembly and supports junior assemblers. The role assembles and wires electrical equipment to project specifications, troubleshoots recurring issues, and helps maintain quality and safety. By mentoring entry-level and skilled assemblers, it strengthens technical capability across production work centers.

What you'll do

• Perform root cause analysis
• operate a Greenlee conduit bender
• prepare and install rigid conduit
• pull and route large-gauge wire and conductors
• wire, terminate, and label transformers
• install and terminate DLO cable and MCM wire connections
• use assembly tools and measuring devices
• train and mentor junior assemblers
• follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
