What you'll do

• Process purchase requisitions and obtain supplier pricing and lead times
• create purchase orders for MRO tooling and inventory
• manage supplier and parts information
• track open purchase orders and delivery dates
• assist with invoice discrepancies
• support quality reviews and nonconforming-material resolution
• research obsolete parts and obtain quotes
• respond to expedited requests
• maintain inventory accuracy
• follow ISO 9001 and AS9100 practices.
