Youth Development Specialist - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role in Woodland Hills, UT. The salary is $44,768.00 per person. Milton Hershey School provides an extraordinary, cost-free, career-focused education to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This role exists to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8-13 students living in on-campus homes. Houseparents create a structured, family-like environment that fosters students' academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Experience working or volunteering with youth.
