What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and upgrade industrial hoists and cranes at customer locations
• train and mentor field technicians
• perform OSHA-required inspections and prepare reports and repair orders
• coordinate with service and branch managers
• advise customers on repair and safety issues
• and maintain company equipment, vehicles, and supplies. The role requires on-call availability, after-hours and weekend service as needed, and travel of 20–50%.
