What you'll do

• Carry out care plans under Registered Nurse oversight
• assist with activities of daily living and personal care
• provide medication reminders, assistance with medical devices, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, hygiene care, socialization, and transportation
• maintain specialized training and perform additional tasks pertinent to an assigned patient or area when applicable.
