The Child and Adolescent Therapist is an onsite role based in Laurel, MD. This role exists to provide high-quality, culturally sensitive outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and their families. The therapist contributes to the team by conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary staff to foster client healing and resilience.

What you'll do

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments
• provide outpatient individual and family therapy
• develop crisis, safety, and wellness plans
• participate in case consultations
• complete billing and documentation
• collaborate with psychiatrists and nurse practitioners.
