What you'll do

• Visit designated facilities on a supervisor-set schedule
• assess residents’ emotional, cognitive, and psychosocial needs
• provide short-term, solution-focused therapy and supportive interventions
• document visits and maintain interaction records
• collaborate with psychiatric professionals, including a monthly meeting with the psychiatric nurse practitioner.
