• Lead development and implementation of a five-year athletic strategy

• communicate schedules and procedures
• manage athletics communications and handbook
• supervise department staff and coaches
• oversee budget and resources
• ensure staffing, transportation, and safety training
• hire and evaluate coaches
• manage practice and competition calendars and facility logistics
• represent the school at league and professional meetings
• collaborate with senior administrators.
