What you'll do

• Set up machines for specified fin spacing and tube-circuit lengths
• weld steel-finned material to tube ends
• set up and operate bending equipment
• repair overridden or broken fins
• stack circuits and spacers on coil fixtures and square coils to quality specifications
• cut and bevel nipples
• remove excess galvanize
• load and unload coils
• perform preventive maintenance on the pipe bender
• maintain a clean work area and follow safety procedures.
