The CNC Lathe Machinist role is onsite in Hudsonville, MI. Pay is $28–$35 per hour. The machinist operates and maintains production machinery while meeting production and quality requirements. The role supports reliable output through machine setup and adjustments, inspection, documentation, housekeeping, and cross-training across manufacturing processes.

What you'll do

• Load and unload machines
• perform tool changes and touch-offs
• make routine machine adjustments and maintenance
• maintain the daily tool activity log
• meet production requirements
• complete daily and weekly maintenance
• maintain housekeeping standards
• cross-train across CNC, Vertical CNC, Robotics, CNC Swiss, and Assembly
• use blueprints and gauges
• enter inspection data
• perform pan-to-pan inspections and monitor for failure modes.
