Support Services Utility Lead

The Support Services Utility Lead is an onsite, full-time role in Austin, TX, with stated pay of $22–$25.50 per hour. What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and develop technicians in repairs, installations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, safety, and documentation
• coordinate daily assignments and field activities
• diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, coffee, vending, and related equipment
• inspect completed work
• assist with scheduling and workload prioritization
• maintain work orders and service records
• communicate priorities and issues to management
• partner with technicians, operations, customers, and vendors
• reinforce safety procedures
• support equipment inventory and asset tracking
• identify training and process-improvement opportunities.
